Bible Study - Our Bible Study Day is Wednesday starting at 2pm for one hour. We are studying the Book of Matthew currently.
Come be a part of our discussions and learning. God is calling YOU to go deeper in your understanding of His Word.
Our mission is to become a "hub" for making disciples. We do that by worshipping together, studying the Word together, praying together and fellowshipping together. We also try to be as intentional as possible with inviting others to join us in all of those activities. Some of our discipleship areas include Weekly Bible Study, Corporate Prayer, Bible Based Sermons, and Corporate Worship.
Greetings and salutations to all of our members, guests, friends, shut ins, and visitors.
I hope you are enjoying this beautiful weather, beautiful colors, and warm temperatures. The sunsets this week have been phenomenal. The sunsets are slowly coming earlier and earlier.
November 2nd was our LAST Hoagie sale of the year. Thanks to all who placed an order, for those who clean and set up the church for the sale, those who gather at the crack of dawn to make the hoagies, those who buy the hoagies, and last but not least, those who distribute the hoagies and clean up after all the dust settles.
We did 2 GREAT things with some of the financial blessings that we have been receiving. We ordered 19 gift cards to give out to people over the Christmas Holiday. And we sent $1500.00 each to two wonderful organizations to help the flood victims down south. For the most part we like to support “local” needs, but the need down south was so great, and affected families and loved ones of our church so we felt stretching our boundaries was a good call.
Keep November 17th in your prayers as we welcome in our NEW members.
Well, our summer is officially behind us. The official first day of fall was September 22nd.
On June 20th, we officially made the transition from spring to summer. With that comes wonderful long days and shorter nights...but it also came with increased temperatures and challenges, and I encouraged everyone to hydrate during the hot weather. Now with our transition to fall weather the temperature will be falling but the need to hydrate is the same.
So be sure to let people know that our entire building is climate controlled, and you will be warm and comfortable in the cooler temps and now we have an option available for those who need it for the worship service to be watched live in our fellowship hall. Don’t let the colder temps or the stairs deter you from attending.
God bless, Pastor Todd Glasmire
